YTN Purchase Agreement

By completing this transaction you confirm that you are:

• NOT a U.S. citizen, resident or entity (each a “U.S. Person”) nor are you purchasing YTN or signing on behalf of a U.S. Person.
• NOT a citizen of or resident of the People's Republic of China or an entity formed under the laws of the People's Republic of China (each a "Chinese Person") nor are you purchasing YTN or signing on behalf of a Chinese Person.
• NOT a citizen of or resident of Singapore or an entity formed under the laws of Singapore nor are you purchasing YTN or signing on behalf of a Singaporean citizen.
• You have read, understood and agreed to the YouToken Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
• You have read and understood the YouToken whitepaper.

We will convert your amount to YTN based on the Ethereum (ETH/USD) conversion rate on the day of your purchase at 19:00 GMT (7:00 pm GMT).

This transaction confirms your YTN contribution. Furthermore, by participating, you understand and agree that all YTN will be stored in your Ethereum wallet or YouToken Internal Wallet **.

** In case you get your reward for refer-a-friend program or buy YTN with fiat money without providing us with your Ethereum wallet address. You can transfer YTN to your external wallet freely using the token transfer function.
